We are delighted to invite you to “Strings Ascend,” the second annual year-end concert by Hello Strings. This special evening will also be the final performance under the direction of our beloved Music Director, Helena Jung, and we would be honoured to have you there to celebrate with us.

We are excited to feature a performance by local young violinist Matoush Karas, who will play the first movement of Vivaldi’s Violin Concerto in g minor, RV 317. His talent and energy will be a wonderful addition to the program.

Our ensemble is proud to present selections including part of St. Paul’s Suite by Gustav Holst, performed in its original version for string orchestra. We will also perform Boccherini’s Minuet, as well as exciting themes from Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean.
